2006 Cadet 1045 that the front wheels won't track together when in reverse causing the grass to get scratched up

If wheels are not tracking together, it is going to be a wheel spindle or a tie rod normally. Check for proper air pressure in tires, but normally it is 1 of the 2 first mentioned issues. With wheels straight, does one wheel face a little more inward/outward than the other?
