I was using my pole chain saw on my Troy-Bilt TB675 Saturday

Customer Question

I was using my pole chain saw on my Troy-Bilt TB675 Saturday and the chain came off and the enging stopped abruptly. Now my started cord only pulls about 6 inches and does not start the engine. What shall I do?

Remove the starter housing and check to see how far rope will pull out. Also check the starter dawgs, and springs for recoil
