My Snapper rear engine riding mower runs fine but the brake is released the engine shuts down like I got of the seat but I didn't. What is the problem?

Seat switch, deck switch, or pedal switch. One of them is not completing the run circuit. See the diagram above... Use a volt/ohm meter to test each switch and wire between for continuity.
