Onan Marcus 7000--I have no power to the fuel pump or shut off solenoid, could it be the circuit board has gone bad?

It could be the run relay or the circuit board. The run relay is less expensive and easier to replace so I would start with it. If that doesn't solve your problem then I would consider replacing the circuit board.
