JA: Do you have fuel in the tank? If so, is the shut-off valve open and the fuel clean?
Customer: Yes to all, it appears to be electrical, once jumped it runs fine,
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes

What are you jumping to make it start? The starter or Solenoid? Sounds like you have a bad Solenoid.

If you are jumping the Solenoid leads to get it to start, you will need to replace the solenoid
