Customer Question

I have a Worx, electric lawn mower, model #WG 708. I need to remove and replace the blade. Regardless of what I've tried, the plastic nut (who uses a plastic nut) won't unscrew, it's weathered and hard and easily shredded with a vice grip. I tried clock wise and counter clockwise and soaking with penetrating fluid. I drew the line at prayer and contacted you instead. How can I remove this bolt and where can I get a replacement? I live in Alberta, Canada.
