Something is blocking the carburetor internally from drawing gas

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No nothing i clean it nothing is blocking the ports
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Are you still there
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 11 months ago.

The diaprams could be the problem , are they brittle
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No they are not and like I said it's less than 1 year old and I use about 2 month
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 11 months ago.
The ethenol on gas can go bad in 2 to 3 months. Something is not allowing it to draw gas , is the needle lever adjusted correctly?
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I don't use ethanol gas in it and needle lever has never been adjusted
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 11 months ago.

Is the filter in the tank good , did you spray out all the ports in the carburetor while it's apart with a carburetor cleaner like gumout?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
New filter in tank and yes used calibrate cleaner when I had it off
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 11 months ago.

Did you check the fuel screen inside the carburetor?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No I didn't how is it held in with a small screw or what??
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 11 months ago.
It's pressed in
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Thanks I hope that's it will check and let you know but have a very strong feeling it will be good so keep your thinking hat on and may have to wait till tomorrow
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 11 months ago.
Ok , you can remove the needle and spray through the screen with carburetor cleaner
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
NEW FUEL SCREEN AND CLEAN THE CALIBRATE AGAIN WITH CLEANER AND STILL WONT PRIME
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 11 months ago.
Odd question but have you tried priming with the fuel cap off
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I have had the cap off and still wont prime
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 11 months ago.

Ok it's not a ventilation issue, I believe its something internally wit the carburetor. I can opt out and see if one of the other techs has any other suggestions

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I would like that and do know what new calibrate would cost
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 11 months ago.
