The fuel inlet on my carb needs to be turned, I know there pressed in but I can't mount my recoil unless it's turned,any ideas?

Hi, my name is***** will be assisting you.

If this is a plastic fuel inlet you will most likely crack the plastic portion of the inlet if you try to turn it. If you are extremely careful it can be done but is very difficult to do without cracking the plastic. Normally a pair of channel lock pliers or vise grips will work to turn it. If you crack the plastic fitting it will leak fuel and then you will have to replace the inlet.
