It does NOT come off, but there are ways to jerry rig it so you can put a different one one. Is this your goal?

Sir they are all the same. You obviously haven't been able to get it off. I'm sure you are a very capable person, and the reason you can't get it off is because it doesn't come off on its own. Best of luck
