Push mower? Engine model number? has blade struck object that would stop engine? If so, the timing key on the flywheel is damaged.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
no it runs - it runs at 70% power - it is a small 175cc push mower
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 6 months ago.

Only way timing can change is the timing key , between the crankshaft and the flywheel. other than the coil next to the flywheel. it may be loose. Is this Briggs engine?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
