Hi my name is ***** ***** welcome to Just Answer. It could be the starter , if it's worn down it may not be able to turn the motor . Have you tried jumping the starter directly ?

Did it turn the engine over when being jumped directly ?

No it did not start

If the starter didn't have the power to turn the engine over when being jumped directly the starter sounds like it's worm out
