Customer Question

I have a cub cadet 2730that has been sitting in a shed for a couple of years. I tried to start it and nothing happens. I replaced the battery and I still get nothing. No crank, no start, no lights, no gauges, nothing!

There is a fuse in the system, coming off the positive side of the starter solenoid, where the posiitve battery cable attaches. The voltage has t go through the fuse and fuse holder, to the key switch. This is where you need to be looking. A voltmeter or test light is best way to test. See wiring diagram above.
