I have a ryobi trimmer (gas) 430 4-Cycle. I have a problem

Customer Question

I have a ryobi trimmer (gas) 430 4-Cycle. I have a problem with it. It runs fine. Except it is really hard to start it. The rope is very hard to pull. When i remove the spark plugs i can pull it very easy and when i put them back in the first time i pull its easy and after that it goes back to being hard to pull (start).

The belt is fine. Any other part that could be the problem?
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 12 months ago.
The valves being out of adjustment or the cam because the lobes are plastic
