OK, The engine has model number somewhere on the outer sheet metal. Without it, can't identify the engine.

I have gone over every inch, and there is no number stamped on the metal. The only number is ***** a stuck on strip. It reads: Serial 110817 58 25184 Briggs& Stratton . com. This on the back of fuel tank. Thanks

Remove the radiator or work around it, but the pump coupler should be removed at the crankshaft pulley, this will allow enough slack to slip in the fan belt. Then it is just a normal fan belt replacement, with alternator to tigthen the belt. I don't see why it would be all that difficult,??? See the pump picture attached.
