Hi, my name is***** will be assisting you. There is no reason that the blades would be hitting each other unless they have been removed and reinstalled incorrectly(upside down) or if you have hit something and bent one of them. Based on your original question is sounds like maybe the blades have not been removed by you. Had you been able to mow with the machine prior, Did the blades just start hitting each other?
