How long have you owned your mower?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
About 6 hours. Got it home and can't get it to start. New gas. It cranks. But the small fuel bubble with the little filter has very little has in it. Like the has is not getting to the engine.

We need to determine if our problem is fuel related, or ignition related. That is normal for your fuel filter. Do you know if your choke is fully closing? Did you start your engine, prior to buying your mower?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It has never been started. From crate to my drive. I am not sure o. The choke.

Home Depot just called. They are going to bring me a replacement mower.

Home Depot is showing good customer service, by bringing out a replacement mower. This is great. This way you will not risk voiding your warranty.

Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
It is self priming when it is working and running properly. I am referring to, spraying a small burst of carburetor cleaner, directly into your carburetor, to start your engine initially.

After the initial start up, many times your engine will be just fine, afterwards ...

I will let Home Depot take it from here. Thank you for your time.

Charles, you are very welcome! I truly hope all goes well for you.
