Hello Bill. Thank you for choosing Just Answer. My name is***** you checked to see if your air filter is saturated with oil? If so, you will need to replace your air filter. Also remove your spark plug again, then pull your rope a few times, to remove excess oil from your cylinder. You may need to replace your spark plug, if you are not getting it clean enough.
