Customer Question

I have a 13 hp briggs engine when i try to start it (electric) nothing happens New solenoid/fuse (in-line)/ new kill switch and ignition switch. The power to keyswitch comes from the starter solenoids posiitve post, same terminal the battery cable is on, goes through the fuse, to the keyswitch. Is the harness plug tight on the back of keyswitch? Wiggle it around. Use voltmeter or test light to see if power is past the fuse.

Power has to come from the battery cable terminal.

Sounds like it is wired wrong at solenoid.
