i have a 18 hp briggs 2 cyl engine ,has new mag gap set to the thickness of a business card,it will start but likes to back fire through the carb and exhaust,and when running for a short while,the exhaust pipes and muffler get red hot. it is about 1997 engine.when running it just does not want to rev up. i have put sea foam in the new gas, i need help thank you
