Ok usually I recomended premiering in a gas can , there's a chance it could of gummed the carb up some , what engine is on your recycle

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Ok , behind the air filter wall is the carburetor , on the bottom of the bowl is the bolt that holds the bowl on with a 1/2 inch socket you can loosen the bolt about 2 turns and let the fuel drain for a few seconds

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Okay.
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 1 year ago.

Let me know if that helps it , the bolt has ports in it as well , but let's try bleeding the bowl first

Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 1 year ago.

Any luck bleeding the carburetor bowl
