Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am getting a little more than 36V on six batteries combined. The charger does come on. The cart worked about two weeks ago.
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 year ago.

Can you jump the two large cable terminals on the solenoid, to bypass it , and see if cart runs. If it does, your solenoid is not closing and needs to be replaced.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I did jump the cables on the solenoid and replaced with a new one. I also replaced the gear box.
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 year ago.

gear box? And jumping solenoid did nothing? You say solenoid clicks? Do you have 36 volts to both sides of the solenoid?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

No , the potentiometer on the foot pedal linkage.

The micro switch is the one that clicks and closes the solenoid.
