Hi john I have replaced pto clutch and blade engaging switch and clutch will still not engage . I am getting 16 volts at the plug that attaches to pto clutch but still no engagement. The wires to the switch were damaged but I repaired them and getting voltage. What I am doing wrong? This is referring to a John Deere l 120 lawn tractor
