Hi I'm Wayne

I will help you with this

DO NOT PUT STARTING FLUID IN SPARK HOLE

must go thru air intake , The air filter , or you will break a piston/Rod

if the gas was old , and it is a oil mixture

you need to remove the cab, and boil out in a pot of hot water

then install a Rebuild kit

if tyou do NOT add oil to gas , the get a bottle of Sea Foam

at Auto parts/hardware store

add 2-3 oz to fuel tank, run with the choke 1/2 on to draw it up and clean Jets

I hope this helped you
