Puse fuel pump, with line coming from the crankcase? Do you feel the pulse of the piston if you hold finger over the P hose at the fuel pump? This is what has to power the pump. Hose has to be open, and has to be good and not too soft or the pulse will nt move the diaphragm in the fuel pump.

I'm assuming that the fuel line at the tank is good and not leaking vacuum.

Ok, try a test hose from the pump inlet, into a fuel container, to see if it will pump.
