Customer Question

We have an old RDJC/RDJF diesel generator that is not working. Is it of any value? Can we sell it for parts or to be refurbished?

That depends on which model of DJ you actually have. The RDJC and RDJF are 2 different units, and within each there are numerous variations of them.

A lot of parts for the DJ's are no longer available, and of those that are still available, some are quite pricy.

It just depends on how bad you want it.

If it is mostly intact, you would have no trouble selling it for parts. There is a large contingent of guys out there who live and breath Onan, and love rebuilding those old things.
