Having trouble with 36v 1986 club car. F&R switch causing

Having trouble with 36v 1986 club car . F&R switch burnt causing fire. Replace switch,now cart drives(f&r)with the on switch in off position! Also 1st solenoid & resister group glows red.When the drives it will not stop unless the F&R switch is placed in the neutral position.

Does it look like this setup? With multiple solenoids and micro switches? Or do you have the Vglide instead of the micro switches for speed control? Is the first solenoid stuck, where it does not release? Will have to remove a cable and check it for continuity, it should not have continuity! It should only close when foot pedal is pressed.
