With spark plug wet, you have no spark!

Is the throttle moving far enough at the engine end, to open the kill switch at the throttle end?

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 year ago.

Tie the handle down, the see if you can move the lower end of cable back . If it does not move full travel, the kill switch does not open and the kill wire stays shorted out.

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 year ago.

If you look close at the lower end of cable you will see a single copper wire in the insulated clip for the kill switch. This is the kill wire to the coil. If you remove the copper wire from the bracket and leave it , not touching, you should have spark, if not, your coil is bad!
