Has to be safety switch, either the seat or one of the arm switches.

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 year ago.

If not switch, harness to the switches!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Wire harness has been replaced, safety switch for for both have been replaced. And actually it's 1 switch for the two, the brakes and the blades. But in the process I did the seat as well

Arm switches? What is the full model number? example 51w3954ba123

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's 53ai3gav750I thought it might be the lever arms as well. But when I bring them in it will stay running, and as it sits there and runs. When you bring them in and try to move it wants to go. But won't cause the brakes are on. I also did a coniuty test. I'm actually thinking it might be in the ignition switch

Mower has two circuits, one is the start circuit, it works, the other is the run circuit, it is not complete. Brake switch is a two contact switch, one is N/O, other is N/C. Brake switch continuity is not shown.

Circuit does go through the keyswitch.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Are you looking at the electrical diagram for it
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 year ago.

No,just parts list.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That's why I'm thinking it's the ignition switch It would just be very uncommon
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 year ago.

I agree, key switch is not usually the problem. But they do fail.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have one arriving tomorrow. I'll let you know what happens.
