My Onan dkd 7.5Kw starts and runs fine. It reaches about 160

Customer Question

My Onan dkd 7.5Kw starts and runs fine. It reaches about 160 at the upper hose and takes a power load as necessary. After about 10 minutes the engine begins to slow down and will stop within 20 seconds, unless I significantly decrease the load, but even then the engine stops after another 45 seconds or so.
It seems to be overheating in the generator, and therefore is shutting down the engine? The load is usually both A/C, the fridge and a few lights. I haven't figured the actual loading but at 60F, again I can't imagine it is overloading the generator.
