How do I get pully shaft off to remove engine. Have bolt out, mower belt off, but not tranny belt

Have you tried spraying some penetrating oil at the top of your pulley? The oil will run down your crankshaft and into your pulley. Many times this will help to free your pulley from your crankshaft. You can also use a rubber mallet to tap down on your pulley.
