Hello and thank you for choosing Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I will do my very best to get you the answer you need to your question. Many times when an engine is constantly pulsing, this indicates that your carburetor is starving for fuel. Although your mower is not very old, it is still very likely that you have either a partially clogged jet or partially clogged fuel passage in your carburetor.
