Hi, my name is***** will be assisting you.

Have you charged your battery recently? This machine has no charging system on the unit so you will have to periodically charge the battery in order to keep it operational.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Does the engine crank over using the key start?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it sounds like it wants to start
Expert:  JohnF2015 replied 1 year ago.

The engine may not be spinning fast enough to start with the electric start. There are a few things that could be wrong.

  • Battery low or dead (We don't think that this is a problem, you have a new battery).
  • Starter drawing too many amps causing it to turn slower than normal.
  • Wiring connections bad or corroded.

Sounds like I need to have it professionaly looked after
Expert:  JohnF2015 replied 1 year ago.

You can take a look at the wiring connections and make sure that they are all clean and firmly connected. The starter draw testing you can do as well if you have a volt meter.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Don't have a volt meter, When I put the new battery in I broke off the tip of one of the wires to the battery ( when I was taking the old battery out). I used electrical tape affixing the wire which had part of the metal end to the battery.. This could also be the problem.. Appreciate your help will to ahead and take it in to a repair shop.
Expert:  JohnF2015 replied 1 year ago.

Yes, it sounds like the first thing that I would do is replace the end on that wire, this may be your only problem.

Thank you it has been a pleasure to assist you.
