Hi, my name is***** will be assisting you.

Do you notice anything coming out of the exhaust when you try to start it? What does the oil level look like on the engine?

I would check the valve clearances, this engine has a compression release built into the camshaft. If the valve clearances become to far out of adjustment it will cause the engine to be extremely hard to crank over. You want both valves to be set at .004 inches when the engine is cold.
