Hi, my name is***** will be assisting you.

Can you tell me where this uncut grass is being left? Is it in the center of the deck, to the right or left side?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Center left.

This has continued even after replacing the blades?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
sir. If I had to guess I would say one of the blade axle(?) is tilted.
Expert:  JohnF2015 replied 1 year ago.

It could be but that doesn't normally just happen unless you have hit something with one of the blades that may have warped the deck.

I would go back and look at the blades to make sure that they are all installed correctly, none of them upside down.

They are installed correctly.

Have you measured the blades to see if one is slightly shorter than the others? If you turn the blades end to end do they seem to be level? How much space do you have between the left and center blades compared to the right and center?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Only two blades. Assuming blade not level, how do I level it?
Expert:  JohnF2015 replied 1 year ago.

If the blades aren't level or even when you compare then it is either not on the arbor of the spindle properly or your deck is warped. If the deck is warped there is not way to level it without replacing the deck.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I was considering "leveling" the deck with a large rubber mallet.
Expert:  JohnF2015 replied 1 year ago.

You could try that but it is doubtful that you will ever get it right because when you hit it in one place if it moves it is going to twist or move in another spot because of the way the decks are made.

Ok. Thanks for your help.
