Customer Question

My EZ-Go golf cart appears not to be charging. The open circuit voltage across the batteries is 48v and rises to 52v when the charger is plugged in. But after a full overnight charge the gauge is still showing empty.
What could be the issues here?

Welcome to JUST ANSWER small engines, let me try to help you !!Pack reads 48 volts, before charger is on, and 52 with charger running. What is reading after charge? 48 volts? Does the charger run full 8 hour cycle? One of the batteries or a cable is bad in the pack would be my thought!

After another charge overnight the meter now shows 3/4 full. I unplugged the charge cable and plugged it back in again. The green light adjacent to the plug is flashing again.
