i hit an anchor in the yard and the mower stopped. now it wont turn over like a shut off is not working like the one in the seat tried that not it. any ideas

I an't tell yo anymore over the phone, just costs you twice the money!. What hit the object? The deck? You have a deck/pto switch, that may have gotten moved. Looking at the wiring, there appears t be three safety switches. One is the seat, one is the pto/deck, and the third looks to be brake/transmission neutral switch. All three are same part number,and appear to be two wire switches, so they could be easily bypassed for test.

the blade it was a jarring stop so i also was thinking it was a switch i just cant find them

Try jumping the solenoid, it is quick test of battery, cables and starter.
