I have a Honda gx630 that keeps blowing the control fuse when I turn the ignition switch off

It sounds like the switch is bad internally, so that when you turn it off it is shorting and causing the fuse to blow. Does the machine run okay when it is running? Have you checked the fuse while the engine was running to make sure that it is not blowing at some other point and you just don't notice it until you go to restart?
