VERY UNEVEN CUT.
ONE BLADE HEIGHT IS 3/8' HIGHER THAN THE OTHER.
NEITHER BLADE IS BENT.
NO VISIBLE DAMAGE TO DECK
ARE THE SPINDLES DIFFERENT LENGTHS & MAY HAVE BEEN
SWAPPED WHEN BEARING WERE REPLACED?

The two spindles are identical on this machine. You have checked about everything that I can think of.When measuring the blade height, what are you measuring to? From the floor to the mower deck edge? From the floor to the blade tip?
