Hey Hank. My propane fueled Generac Impact 36 plus won't crank. I can cross over the solenoid and it cranks strong...won't start. 18 hrs. on meter.
Fuse good. Two 10 gallon lpg tanks connected and full. Oil full and clean. Any ideas?

Hello!
My name is ***** ***** I am going to assist you with this.
These old Impact units are very difficult to work on.
Check the wiring at the back of the start switch, and make sure the wiring hasn't come loose. Generac was bad about wires breaking and coming loose.
If that is not the problem, I will need the model and serial numbers of the genset.
