Have you removed your set screws?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
yes that is the right one and yes I did
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
There is likely a burr preventing your pulley from slipping off pulley shaft. After you remove your set screws, your pulley will usually slide right off, under normal conditions. There is a key in place as well. Have you tried spraying your pulley and shaft with penetrating oil?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
yes sir I did
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
What is your reason for removing your pulley?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
a seal is leaking

Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
Okay.
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
What brand of penetrating oil are you using?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
pb blaster
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
That is a good one ...
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
I do believe your pump is a Hydro-Gear brand, rather than a Parker brand. The pulley can sometimes be extremely difficult to remove. Have the pulley ever been off before?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't know
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
Will your pulley move up or down at all, just a small amount of movement?
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
I can explain what causes this problem.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
my son bought this . im trying to help him no movement
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok im here
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it is getting late here in ind.
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
Your key and your set screws, is what secures your pulley to your input shaft. If someone over tighten the set screws, at some point, this create a burr on your shaft, and cause your pulley to stick, and not move up or down.
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
Sorry, I will speed this up. The reason for the questions, were for troubleshooting purposes.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
As a last resort, you may have to cut the pulley off and replace it. Keeping soaking the area in penetrating oil and using your puller.
