Is the PTO clutch bolt a left hand thread? I cannot get it

Is the PTO clutch bolt a left hand thread? I cannot get it to loosen because the motor turns.

Do you have access to an electric impact for changing tires?

Flywheel nut can be held.

Or as a last resort, you can remove spark plug and insert a small rope or cord into the cylinder until you have enough to lock the piston.

I was able to loosen the bolt.
Using the flywheel bolt just resulted in the flywheel bolt loosening.
I used a drift / pushed over toward center of flywheel. Worked - bolt on clutch loosened.

How do I get the engine pulley down to put the belt on -- actually to replace it as it is bent from using a puller to try to break it free and lower it!!

It just prys off. works best with two equal pulls.
