Hi my name is ***** ***** welcome to just answer. Take your ground wire off the coil and put the red lead of a digital multimeter to it , ground the black lead and gave it set to dc volts , flip the key from off to run several times and watch the meter , you shouldn't see ant voltage at all but if you do the ignition switch is bad and back feeding voltage to the ground wire killing the coil .
