How do you replace the starter pull cord for a Troy Built TB144 garden cultivator? I haven't found any assembly drawings.

Hello, after the engine is removed and the black clutch cover is off the silver drum needs unscrewed. There is a T-20 head screw in the center of it. Remove the spark plug and rotate engine until piston is down. Fill the cylinder with rope to use as a piston stop. Once the drum is off the clutch unscrews too.A big pair of channel lock pliers will do the job. Here is some info on the starter.
