Hello and thank you for choosing Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I will do my very best to get you the answer you need to your question.
From closed position, turn both needles counterclockwise 1-1/2 turn initially. Start your engine, and fine tune your needles. You will fine tune your (L) Needle at idle speed, and fine tune your (H) Needle at Wide Open Throttle.
Your goal is to fine tune your (L) needle, until your engine will accelerate from idle speed, to high rpms, without hesitation, or stalling.
We can continue from here. Thanks!
