Hello, have you tried removing the bump knob with a pair of channel lock pliers? Or does the inside of the head also turn when trying to remove it?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Does it feel like the entire shaft is turning or can't you budge it at all?

Can't budge at all.

If needed pry the knob off off the square head bolt under it.You will need a new knob assy then. You can then use a wrench to try to loosen the bolt that holds it on.You might need to hold the outer hub with vise or big pair of channel locs.
