I am working on a PH3100Ri Digital Inverter Generator. There is spring on the governor that is broken and I can't figure out where it hooks back to.

The 1/4" long governor spring does not get attached to anything. It just gets sandwiched between the governor actuator arm, and the throttle arm spacer.
