Welcome to JUST ANSWER small engines, let me try to help you !! Try a cylinder balance test. Loosen the spark plug wires, and with engine idling, remove one plug wire at a time. Both should be same. If the engine dies when one is removed, the opposite cylinder is not firing. You may find that the engine has a bad coil to one cylinder.
