Welcome to JUST ANSWER small engines, let me try to help you !! Maybe nothing! With everything off, check the blade drive belt on the electric pto. It should rotate and the clutch should rotate. If the clutch and blade do not, the clutch is frozen , and has a bad bearing in it. The clutch would need to be replaced.
