Customer Question

I have a White LT 1650 riding lawn mower. The other day it stopped while I was mowing. It restarts fine, but when I engage the blade it dies. I can run the blades if I hold the PTO on just a little, but when it is fully engaged it stops the engine. Any ideas?

Most likely the problem is that the seat switch is not working properly.
It is killing the spark when the lever is released . The safety switch in the PTO is being told by the seat switch that nobody is in the seat and it kills the engine.
