Just Answer has just done a major revamping of its software, and made a lot of changes. They still have a few bugs to work out.

A genset is a complex machine, and troubleshooting can sometimes become somewhat extended.

Even though it says you are required to rate your expert, you do not have to rate every reply. You need only rate the final outcome. Also bear in mind that the rating is for my personal performance, and not any issues that may arise with the website itself.
